At Backcountry Recreation, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor living products and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unassembled items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every sauna, hot tub, and cabin kit we deliver.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Shipment

  Ensure all components are securely packed in their original crates or packaging to prevent damage during transit; please note that assembled units are not eligible for return.

• 3.
  Schedule the Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will assist in coordinating a freight carrier to collect the items from your location at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality and completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
